Mrs. Nurisah Mohamed was surprised when he began to experience light contractions in the morning of 23 August. Its scheduled date was not until 1 September. She called her husband - who was at work - and the pair decided to book a car from Gojek to KKH Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH), said 29-year-old, who first detailed the incident in a Facebook post on Monday."(My husband) called my sister-in-law, who stays close, and she came... and accompanied me to the hospital," said Ms. Nurisah. "But before we could get to the hospital, I was at work! It was such a chaotic moment. I was screaming so bad (sic) with all the pain my water bag burst and my sister-in-law said I could see the baby's head coming out," he wrote on Facebook. His sister-in-law told CNA that the baby was born just 10 minutes after he got into the car in Punggol East. He also said that his brother, who was in the hospital when they arrived, wanted to give the driver more money so he could clean his vehicle, but the driver refused. The family paid the driver the taxi fare, which reached S$22, and thanked him for his help. "SCARY BUT ALSO TERRIFYING "Within the incident on Wednesday, Mrs. Nurisah said the experience was terrifying and terrifying as his baby did not cry during the trip to the hospital. "The experience was terrifying, but also terrifying because when I gave it to Gojek's car, I did not cry or move during the trip to KK Hospital," he said. "When the nurse arrived and cut the umbilical cord, she started crying and I felt relieved. "This is the second son of the couple. Ms Nurisah also thanked the Gojek driver, Mr Leng Khee Kwong, for remaining calm. "Through the journey to KKH, Mr. Leng told me to calm down, and when my sister-in-law said the baby was already coming out, the baby's head could be seen, then Mr. Leng said, 'one, two, three, push!'" he said. "I kept my sister-in-law's hand and the mango from the car door and pushed twice, and the baby came out," he added. Thanks to Mr. Leng, he tried to get to the hospital as quickly as he could." Mrs. Nurisah said he felt guilty like the whole car "was a mess with blood and everything," but the driver didn't get angry. For his part, Mr. Leng said he felt very anxious during the trip. "In my mind, the first thing I was very anxious and I tried to send them to the hospital as quickly as possible," he said. "I tried to drive them and tried to console them, saying, we are coming soon to the hospital, and then (fit) update them (in) the time of arrival. "He said it took him about four hours to clean his car after the incident. When asked about your decision not to accept more money for the problem, Mr. Leng said, "I want to share joy with parents as well. "He added that Gojek rewarded him with a vacation trip. In a statement to CNA on Thursday, a Gojek spokesman said he was the first baby to be delivered during a Gojek trip in Singapore. Ms Nurisah will receive S$500 in medical subsidies, a baby car seat and S$500 in Gojek ride vouchers. Mr Leng, Gojek said, will receive a bursary worth S$500 for each of his two children, a fully paid holiday worth S$2,500 for his family, as well as a S$500 Medisave top-up. The baby will also receive a specially designed ounce. Tina gave birth to her baby in the car on the way to the hospital. Here's your story about how he gave birth in the car. Don't get lost! How I gave birth in the carWe already had a two-and-a-half daughter and we waited for our second son. I felt so good. Both pregnancies were very good. But our first daughter was born three weeks earlier. It all took only five hours after I broke the water, so I was very nervous about giving birth the second time. Could it have been the mucus plug? Could it have been the mucus plug? The baby was supposed to come on July 17. On July 10th, we had an appointment at the Malmö obstetrics and gynaecology clinic, which was more than 12 miles away. Everything was peace and tranquility in my stomach; everything seemed good and was barely dilated so all we could do was wait. On July 12th, I woke up to the stomach cramps and found moco and blood on the toilet. Could it have been the mucus plug? Read too! I called the clinic and told them what happened the first time I gave birth. I was told to go to the contractions and go in when they were five or six minutes away. So I did, but because they were only 10 or 11 minutes away from my daughter and I slept to take a nap. The baby's on his way. Suddenly, something woke me up. I called my partner, crying. "It really hurts," I said, "You have to go home, the baby is on its way." He took my partner 15 minutes to get home. I could barely stand when he walked through the door. We'll never make it, I said. We merged on the road when I shouted at my partner that the head was coming. We merged on the road when I shouted at my partner that the head was coming. Born on the road, I called 911. "I am giving birth, and we will not get to the hospital on time!" We were in the car on the way to the hospital. 911 caller asked me if my water had broken. And, at that precise moment, whoosh! That's exactly what happened. As soon as my water broke, I felt the first right contraction. More to read: We merged on the road when I shouted at my partner that the head was coming. I had to stop! With the next contraction, the head was out. Feeling a head between your legs while you're still wearing your pants and underwear and sitting in a cramped car with a huge car seat behind you – now it's something that makes you panic! I wasn't worried about the fact that I was gonna give birth. All I could think was how the "F# Pulk" was supposed to take my pants off? But my pants went down and I stayed in our baby's head. After my partner retired and approached my side of the car, I felt the next contraction and the baby was born. He took the baby and put it in my stomach. Two minutes later... About two minutes passed between my water break and the baby lying in my stomach. The feeling of being half in a car on the road with your baby in the belly – well, it is completely impossible to describe. But I felt overwhelmed, relief, happiness. The ambulance came and took us to the hospital. When we arrived, they told us we had a girl. He was 19 inches long and weighed 7 pounds 14 oz. It was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have been more perfect. Many people ask us how we feel and if everything was a total shock, but that's not our opinion about the whole event. From our perspective, it was great. Everything went smoothly, and both the baby and I didn't affect us. Mother Nature is generally able to order these things. We are very happy and proud to have our daughter, who gave us something to remember for the rest of our lives. Get your birth history published in This is Life! We'd love to hear your story. Send your birth history (maximum 500 words) and at least one photo for We reserve the right to edit your text if we decide to publish it. Please note that no remuneration is offered. Tina My partner and I have two daughters, a 3-year-old girl and a 9-month-old girl, and a dog, Chico. We live in Svedala, just outside Malmö, in the house we bought when our first daughter was 5 months old. Thoughts about giving birth in the car: "We often talk about how our little Moa made its way into the world. We remember everything very affectionate and it gives us a good laugh, but at the same time we cannot help but think "what if...?". Everything went well, though, and I'm so incredibly proud of my beautiful children and fantastic companion.
